Alex J. Petronella has worked in the employee benefits industry for thirty-one years. During his tenure, he has worked with thousands of employers to implement and design creative solutions to minimize costs while maximizing benefits for medical, ancillary, and retirement programs. He has been the ‘behind-the-scenes’ expert to hundreds of employee benefits brokers, consultants, retirement advisors, wealth planners, lawyers, and accountants. He is also an expert on Medicare plans. Alex played a key role as the second hire in a very small firm to organically build one of the largest regional employee benefits general agencies in the Northeast. He has held multiple leadership positions in the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals and has met with lawmakers in Washington DC to advocate on behalf of employer-sponsored benefit plans. Alex holds insurance licenses in multiple states as well as a Series 65 securities license.
