Anthony (Tony) Pascazio, CLU, AIF®

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Anthony (Tony) Pascazio, CLU, AIF® is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reedmark Advisors, LLC. A graduate of the College of New Jersey with a BS degree in Business, he has also achieved his Chartered Life Underwriter designation from the American College and his Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center of Fiduciary Studies in participation with the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business.

In his 40+ year career in the retirement plan business, Tony is one of a few Consultants who has designed and installed retirement plans Pre-ERISA. His commitment and dedication to the retirement plan field has earned him recognition as one of the nation’s leading voices on retirement plans. He has spoken extensively to large organizations on subjects ranging from the “Effectiveness of 401(k) plans as a viable retirement plan vehicle” to “the rebirth of traditional pension plans”.

James Farley, CPC, QPA

Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer

James Farley, CPC, QPA is a Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Reedmark Advisors, LLC. Jim began his retirement career in late 1978 and immediately became active in the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) earning the Certified Pension Consultant designation (CPC) in 1984; adding the Qualified Plan Administrator designation (QPA) later. He has been an ASPPA National Conference Speaker, course instructor, study guide chapter writer and editor, exam question and answer creator, reviewer and grader. He is active on ASPPA’s Government Affairs subcommittee covering Department of Labor initiatives and previously represented a mutual fund on the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Pension Committee particularly addressing the needs non-profit organizations faced following the aftermath of 403(b) regulatory changes.

Jim has extensive expertise working in the financial services and pension administration industries. His communication abilities (webinars/public speaking, articles, white papers) complement his skills managing multiple projects across sales, marketing, compliance, and investment product lines. Jim’s strong relationship management focus is geared toward understanding client needs, internal and external sales staff capabilities, and partner deliverables.
